KERANA ALLAH TAALA

besarnya makna 'kerana Allah taala'...mungkin sukar untuk di fahami namun bila mengalami aku 'tertunduk sayu'...terima kasih ya Allah menguji aku di saat aku meletakkan sesuatu lebih tinggi dari Kau...terima kasih ya Allah kerana menyayangi aku dan kau dengan menguji aku sebegini hebat...kadang-kadang akal tidak mempu berfungsi melawan kata hati...kadang2 akal menerima kata hati dengan mudah...dan di saat itu aku benar2 terduduk sayu kerana langkah ku terlalu jauh...jauh dari Kau..

sukar untuk di ungkap dengan kata-kata tapi benar aku lebih tenang bila niat aku kerana Kau ya rahman ya rahim...tenangnya hati aku saat aku mengungkap kata-kata ini ya Allah...

ok apa nk tulis...hmmmmm macam2 dah jadi tok sebulan ni...berubah menjadi orang yang lebih dewasa...walaupun hati sebenarnye nak hidup macam kat arau lagi...dkelilingi kawan-kawan yang selalu wat lawak...bg idea yang merapu...ajak g sana sini..jlan kaki sampai betis sume da kental..amik mangga kt PI..duduk mkn bersila ramai2..duduk kt peitong cari wireless...duduk kt luar kolej beringin bentang surat khabar tok bincang research..sama2 bunuh nyamuk..panjat pagar sebab malas nk pusing balik...nyanyi lagu sama2..sama2 kemas umah bila katil iron lady runtuh......sama2 nangis..sama2 bangkit atas stiap kgagalan dan musibah...saya sangat rindu dorang sume...seriously kalo blh putar mase ak nak lagi duduk dlm waktu tu...

DEMAM LAGI!!!!!--so jogging la

demam datang lagi (sila baca mcm iklan tora dtg lg)...ehhehe

seriously...i'm so tired to face with this fever....huhuhu 
oleh sbb idup d rumah slama 3 minggu ni tido suka-suka hati...xikot time langsung...
x buat pape kt umah..besarkan badan je...sampai mak da panggil "ayam daging"...
wah actually my shape still 36-28-37 ok!!!...bak kate my best friend nita "bdan ak bergetah" lagi ok!!! 
x ada la ayam daging sangat...heheehh


tapi pape pun tetap kena ambil berat...because muda2 ni la kena jage semua benda....rite mak????

Essential Items
  • Trainers - ensure your trainers fit properly and are comfortable
  • Luminous vest - for night-time running
  • Water bottle - you can buy bottles that fit over the hand to make it easier to carry when running.
Options
  • Summer - shorts, socks, and running vest / T-shirt
  • Winter - luminous vest, thermal running top, trackster (much better than jogging bottoms), gloves, socks and windproof jacket.

Safety

  • Wear bright, visible clothing 
  • Stick to well lit routes if jogging alone
  • Let someone know how long you'll be and where you're going

Helpful Hints

Some people find their skin can chaff whilst running. To prevent this apply Vaseline to the areas that rub. Also wearing lycra 'cycle' shorts (without padding) can help.

For men - if you find you suffer from 'joggers nipple' (soreness when the vest rubs) cover them with micropore tape.

For ladies - choose a well-fitting supportive sports bra for comfort.

kepercayaan dan harapan yang tinggi kadang-kadang terasa seperti beban...tapi kalau kepercayaan dan harapan itu datang nya dari ibubapa wajar atau tidak untuk di katakan sebagai beban...yang pasti menggapai bintang untuk melihat kedua ibubapa aku tersenyum bangga adalah impian aku...harap-harap segalanya di permudah kan oleh-Nya
